A Baltic Porter of formidable strength and depth. Let it warm a little in the glass to unlock layers of bakers chocolate, Demerara, caramel, and char. It’s a smooth ride thanks to a month and a half of cold fermentation in stainless followed by an additional two months in our lager foeder.
