Light & Crisp
Passing Clouds
Three types of wheat create a light and fluffy base for a delicate combination of citrusy American and spicy German hops, along with a blend of coriander, Curaçao orange peel, and grains of paradise. It’s bright, soft, and incredibly refreshing.| 4.6% ABV | 14oz

Stand By
Clean, crisp and infinitely drinkable. This is the first of our offerings to the Lager Gods. A smooth, cracker-like malt profile teams up with snappy bitterness that never overstays its welcome.| 5.3% ABV | 14oz

This beauty is a departure from our other IPAs. Rather than focusing on fluffy, soft malts and juicy hops, we lean into things developed by our West Coast influences: big citrus and pine, some spice, a really lean, dry malt character with a measured dose of bread and caramel from an English crystal malt. Hopped intensely in the kettle, whirlpool, and late in fermentation with Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Michigan Cascade hops. Decidedly bitter and brilliantly clear. | 6.6 % ABV | 12oz

Midwest Swing
Neither East Coast nor West Coast, but somewhere right in the middle of the map. Kinda juicy, kinda dank, kinda hazy, and a touch bitter. Loaded up in the kettle and fermentation tank with a healthy blend of Citra, Ekuanot, and Nugget. Notes of the first good peaches of the season, pineapple juice, flowers, and orange fluff. | 7.2% ABV | 12oz

Funky, Fruity, & Tart
Buzzing Out
Buzzing Out is a bright pale ale delicately dry-hopped with Strata, Cashmere, and Amarillo and fermented with a blend of a special ale yeast and Brettanomyces. It’s dry on the palate with strawberry water, cucumber, watermelon, and floral notes.| 6.4% ABV | 14oz

Foeder Fest
Foeder Fest is our interpretation of a German festbier, the paler and drier younger sibling of Märzen. We combined some of our favorite Pilsner, Munich, and Vienna malts to create a complex bready structure before hopping it with Hersbrucker, Tradition, and Mittelfrueh for a festively floral tone and a polite, balanced bitterness. We then lagered it Missouri white oak for 2 months before packaging, which imparted a delicate vanilla and spice and rounded out all the corners for maximum drinkability. This is one to be consumed in quantity. Prost! | 5.7% ABV | 14oz

Spirit of Youth
Built on floor-malted Bohemian pilsner malt and Michigan-grown Zuper Saazer hops, it pours a burnished gold beneath a creamy white cap of foam. Aromas of fresh bread, graham flour, herbs, and subtle citrus come together with a delicate spice from its extended lagering in Missouri white oak. An elevated malt and hop bill make it a bit fuller than some of our lighter lagers, but still inviting for multiple glasses. | 5.7% ABV | 14oz

Kazimierz (Gold Medal GABF ’21)
A Baltic Porter of formidable strength and depth. Let it warm a little in the glass to unlock layers of bakers chocolate, Demerara, caramel, and char. It’s a smooth ride thanks to a month and a half of cold fermentation in stainless followed by an additional two months in our lager foeder. | 9.2% ABV | 8oz

Foeder bock
This German-style doppelbock is all about layers of malt complexity. Lots of toasted brown bready goodness, tootsie rolls, and hints of dried fruit. Finishes on the sweet side, but isn’t cloying. Doppelbocks were first brewed by Pauline monks in Munich to sustain themselves during times of fasting. This style is not a typical summer style, but sometimes you have a global pandemic and brew schedules get shifted around. But it’s a strong beer that will age gracefully. 7.6% ABV | 12oz

Location is Everything
Designed by award-winning architecture firm JEMA, Rockwell Beer Company reimagines a former industrial building as a 15-barrel brewhouse and tasting room near the entry to The Grove. Inspired by the interaction of the organic and industrial elements of the brewing process, the brewery’s design makes use of a landscape of native prairie grass and reclaimed shipping containers, with elements like a decommissioned crane and recycled Missouri white oak finding a new home within the building.
