Three types of wheat create a light and fluffy base for a delicate combination of citrusy American and spicy German hops, along with a blend of coriander, Curaçao orange peel, and grains of paradise. It's bright, soft, and incredibly refreshing.| 4.6% ABV | 14oz


Crisp Chinos

A sizeable addition of jasmine rice creates a delicate floral note that's paired with a bright herbal citrus hop character. After extensive lagering, this crisper is meant to be crushed. Originally a collaboration brewed with Brooklyn, NY's own KCBC.| 5.2% ABV | 14oz



We brewed this pale Mexican-style lager with a base of pilsner, vienna, and flaked corn to provide something clean and crushable. It's a perfect acccompaniment for tacos. Brewed for our friends at Taqueria Morita. | 5.6% ABV | 14oz

Hitchhiking In California

Hitchhiking in California is the West Coast IPA you've been seeking. Leaning heavily on Amarillo hops, with supporting additions of Chinook, Centennial, and Ahtanum, this is bright and bitter with aromas of orange Nerds, lime, grapefruit, and soft cedar. | 7.2% ABV | 12oz


Friend of Science

We're broadcasting live from the basement of the science building! We harnessed a new gene-edited yeast strain from Omega Yeast. It's capable of biotransforming compounds found in malt and hops to unleash thiols, which are flavor- and aroma-active compounds. Or, put differently, we're using technology to unlock new flavor and aroma combinations in pursuit of deliciousness. Buckle up, kiddies! This is a delicate one, with aromas of New Zealand sauvignon blanc, passion fruit, and guava. Midwest Swing

Neither East Coast nor West Coast, but somewhere right in the middle of the map. Kinda juicy, kinda dank, kinda hazy, and a touch bitter. Loaded up in the kettle and fermentation tank with a healthy blend of Citra, Ekuanot, and Nugget. Notes of the first good peaches of the season, pineapple juice, flowers, and orange fluff. | 7.2% ABV | 12oz

A swank combination of fresh Strata, Mosaic, and Simcoe brings to mind freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, the stickiest strawberry, and the Baker’s Dozen Lawn Boy. | 7.7% ABV | 12oz

Uncle Jam

We aged a strong Oud Bruin-style beer in our foeder for 7 months and allowed it to develop acidity and layers of complexity before racking it onto black currants for an addition 7 months. The result is ribbons of bakers chocolate along with tart, dark berries. It's bold yet refined with a balanced acidity. | 8.7% ABV | 12oz



Sugar Creek Vienna

We created our take on a traditional Vienna lager with our friends at Sugar Creek Malt Co., a third-generation family farm and malt house in Boone County, Indiana. We allowed it to lager extensively in our American white oak foeders, creating subtle flavors of toast, nuts, and apricot, all framed by a spicy oak tannin. | 5.2% ABV | 14oz


Foeder Maibock

Our strong spring foeder lager presents layers of honey on warm bread, citrus, and fresh herbs. | 6.8% ABV | 14oz


Kazimierz (Gold Medal GABF '21)

A Baltic Porter of formidable strength and depth. Let it warm a little in the glass to unlock layers of bakers chocolate, Demerara, caramel, and char. It’s a smooth ride thanks to a month and a half of cold fermentation in stainless followed by an additional two months in our lager foeder. | 9.2% ABV | 8oz
