Mixed-fermentation buckwheat saison

Big Dreams was brewed in June 2022 in collaboration with Austin’s Meanwhile Brewing Co. It spent about a year in our Missouri white oak foeder before we allowed it to slowly condition in package. We think it was worth the wait. Big Dreams presents a refreshing acidity and notes of lemon, boysenberry, and pineapple.
