Grapefruit Gose
Fresh grapefruit juice and zest, sea salt, and Indian green coriander
After souring the wort with a blend of lactobacillus strains, we added a veritable pantload of fresh grapefruit zest and juice to the whirlpool and fermented it with our favorite Kveik strain. Spiced in the kettle with a touch of Indian green coriander and finished with sea salt, there's a bright and refreshing combination of citric and lactic acidity complemented by a gentle salinity.
