Dry-Hopped Pale Lager
Rough Shuffle is our version of a pantry raid, a fun little exercise where we take a look at what ingredients we have sitting around and set out to make something greater than the sum of its parts. This iteration starts with a grist of Vienna and floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner to create a lean and crackery base, and then we toot it up real good right before lagering with a healthy dose of Mosaic, Simcoe, Cashmere, and Centennial. The result is a crisp pale lager with a burst of watermelon, lime zest, and peach.
